Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Delivery Location
Items ordered can be shipped to addresses worldwide.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the USA is 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days for Canada, depending on your location. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will vary based on the weight of the item and your location.

5. Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

6. Damaged or Lost Items
Orbit Electronics and Computer Systems Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Policy
1. Return Window You can return your product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@orbitelectronicsys.com.

6. Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to ​509D-2967 Dundas ST .W, Toronto, ON M6P1Z2, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
